About Norman
I’m Norman. I’m an executive at a publicly listed company and an executive performance coach. I know your world from the inside: the responsibility, the calendar, the travel, the expectations. And I know the moment you realise that a successful career doesn’t automatically make you a successful man.
For me that moment came at the highest point of my career so far. Professionally I had reached what I had worked towards for years. The man behind that success hadn’t kept pace: less energy, less presence, a body that no longer matched my own standards. I didn’t work less and I didn’t want less. I started leading myself with the same standard I held my team to.
Today I work with entrepreneurs and executives who have come far professionally and notice that they themselves have fallen behind. With Built By Norman and the NORTHSTAR Method™ I bring the man behind the success back to a level that matches his responsibility and his own standards, physically, mentally and in his energy. Without less ambition. Without compromising the career.
