Editorial policy

How the texts on this website are made, who is responsible for them and how you point out a mistake.

Norman Bartsch in a light blue shirt with a cup in his hand, in conversation.

Who is responsible

Norman Bartsch writes the articles and is responsible for everything on Built By Norman. Every article names him as the author and leads to his page with every confirmed fact about him.

Where the content comes from

The content comes from Norman's own experience as a leader, from his work with clients and from the Executive Transformation Guide. Personal experience is marked as such ("for me") and is not a statement about every body.

Sources and evidence

Statements about the body name a source with author, title and year. Where there is no reliable source, the statement stays out of the text. Figures say who collected them and when.

How AI tools are used

Texts are written with the help of AI tools that structure, rephrase and shorten. They do not supply facts: every statement comes from Norman's own sources or from a named source. Norman reads and approves every article before it is published.

Two dates

Every article shows when it was published and when its content last changed. The date of the last change only moves when the content changes, not for corrections of spelling.

Corrections

Send a pointer to a mistake to the email address in the imprint. When a mistake is confirmed, the text is corrected and the date of the last change is updated.

Health

The content is executive performance coaching and does not replace medical or therapeutic advice. If you have symptoms, see a doctor.
